Our Caps include Genuine Leather Patches. Leather is an organic material which may very well contain minor blemishes or marks inherent to leather such as bite marks and scars. These marks simply add to the organic feel and character of the leather and are not considered to be defective as to the use or wear of the leather. Rest assured we use very high-quality leather to minimize these natural flaws.

Our patches are applied using a very high strength, heat activated adhesive which is proven to maintain a lasting bond.

The colors depicted onscreen may not be true to the actual color of the cap or the leather patch and is dependent upon each monitor and how it displays. Boot House Mercantile is not responsible for any discrepancy in the colors displayed versus the actual colors.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any apparel; however, your complete satisfaction is important to us, and we will work hard to make certain you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are delivered a product which you find has manufacturer defects, you must, please document these with photos and contact us immediately upon receipt of the item.

We keep a very good stock of the most popular sizes and colors of blanks in inventory for quick handling, which will process and ship in 2-4 business days. However, there may be times when we will need to order the size and color for your order. We order blanks on Mondays and Thursdays.

Therefore, for most orders, Please Allow 7-10 business days from the Monday or Thursday after your order date for delivery.
