 IF YOU DID NOT PAY FULL PRICE FOR AN ITEM IT IS CONSIDERED ON SALE OR CLEARANCE. ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Boot House Mercantile & Exchange LLC offers a satisfaction guarantee to give our customers complete satisfaction. When your order arrives, check each item carefully (immediately please). If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return all non-apparel products for an exchange or store credit refund.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Returns & Replacements

Merchandise may be returned in a new, unused condition within 3 days of purchase. Special orders, custom merchandise or "free shipping" orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a minimal restocking fee. Alaska and Hawaii orders are available for return at buyer's responsibility for shipping and any other accrued charges. If your order included a free item and the order (in whole or in part) is returned, the actual price of the free item will be deducted from refund amount UNLESS the free item is also returned OR adjusted cost still qualifies your order for the free item. All Clearance sales are final and no refunds will be allowed.

To start the refund process, please send an email to info@boothousemercantile.com and include your order number and reason for returning the items and we will send you a form to return with your items and an authorization number showing that your return is approved. 

Unfortunately, At this time we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for international orders.


REFUND PROCESS & TIMEFRAME
Boot House Mercantile & Exchange LLC processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our store. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Backorders

We will make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible. We are not able to backorder an item that sells for less than $20.

Pricing & Specifications

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Boot House Mercantile & Exchange LLC is not responsible for typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors.

Address Changes

As you checkout you will be required to verify your shipping address. Once you click that the address is correct and process your order we cannot change the shipping address without charging an additional $20 fee. 

 

Special Offers

You may not combine special offers like (free shipping, coupon codes, sales, clearance, etc.) Normal exclusions apply for all promotions. (May not be used on Fine Art Prints or Originals). Clearance items are final and no returns are allowed. We reserve the right to have other items not included in this list as not available to be combined with special offers.

Damages & Shortages

Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported to Boot House Mercantile & Exchange LLC within 24 hours.

Employment Opportunities

Boot House Mercantile & Exchange LLC accepts applications during normal business hours. In the event that no openings are currently available, Boot House Mercantile & Exchange LLC will hold your application for 30-60 days from submission and you will be contacted if you qualify for an open position during that time.
